@coolboymew who's gonna tell this guy that there aren't 99 minutes in an hour

That could just signify that it went over the limit of what it could normally display.
In any case FFIV is amazing! My favorite of what I've managed to play so far.

@Shinobufag @coolboymew
I've played from I to V. IV is my favorite, probably followed by II. III and V are basically tied. And the only reason I place Final Fantasy I the last is because it had a very basic story. Otherwise, I still loved playing it.

@alyx @coolboymew V is my favorite because of how simple the plot is and how fun the job system is, but yeah, I also enjoyed all of them (except for II because of the grindy gameplay)

II's grind was bad, but at the same time I loved that they were willing to experiment in that way, and I felt really free to do whatever I wanted with each character. The whole "level up by doing" was ahead of it's time.

I liked V overall, but it felt weird towards the end when I realized Bartz basically had a harem of girls around him. The job system was definitely better than III, but the story felt lacking for me.

@alyx @coolboymew It's not a harem though, they don't flirt or anything, and canonically he ends up with his childhood friend.

The guy who made FFII ended up making SaGa, also known as FF Legend in the west, and if you liked FFII I would definetly recommend Saga Frontier, especially after the remaster came out earlier this year.
