Taking the parents out of this decision process doesn't mean that suddenly kids will gain the ability to consent on this matter. So with the parents out of the picture too, who do you think will get the privilege to make this decision for the children?
And since the state will decide that they did a good thing by that they decided for the children to take the vaccine, it's but a matter of time until they "realize" it'd be for the best if they started to decide for the children more often.
