I'm pretty sure even in 'Murica you'd need a license to sell those things. You can basically call the cops, or whatever agency deals with stores/restaurants.

But it's gonna be hard to prove they stole it if the stores didn't file complaints, so you get them with what you can.
@alyx well this is in seattle where they wont respond to a theft unless its over $ 1,000
