@alyx@gameliberty.club typically it'd be due to screwing up the board footprint for the part - either the wrong spacing between pads, or mirrored along an axis or something. other parts on the board might be expensive enough, or turnaround time to get a corrected one fabbed long enough, that it makes sense to have someone do this
