people will literally put a list of their favourite game genres, book genres, their hobbies, their favourite dog breeds and 15 hashtags in their bio but not their pronouns

Favorite games, books, hobbies etc. ACTUALLY tell people something about my personality. They tell people I'm a well adjusted person, with normal interests and give them topics they can use to start a conversation.
Pronouns in the bio just tell people that someone is a dipshit that should be avoided.
