This is a Romanian singer, from early 2000s. Her name is Dana, the song is "Intra în joc" (Join the game), from the album with the same name. Another album of hers I'm aware of is called "Zbor" (Flying). From what I can see both are available on Apple and Spotify, though the latter seems to confuse her with some completely different artist.
