I was talking throughout this whole video but I forgot the mic doesn't work if I have headphones plugged in.
Here's the run down, I gave mystery cat a flea treatment because she had fleas (she is a she), I decided if I'm keeping her, I'm gonna name her Cornpop based on @Elfie's recommendation (really good complimentary name BTW).
I have been saving for Cornbread's future vet visits but if I adopt her that's a lot of expenses I wasn't planning on... Based on Cornbread's vet visit and since spaying is more expensive than neutering I'm expecting around $320 vet visit and that's even if my landlord is willing to make an exception for me. She may require me to make another $250 deposit if she's willing (or able) to bend the rules at all.
She also may be willing to let me have her as an under the table pet deal. Still unsure.
I don't really have the money for the vet right now and surely not for another pet deposit on top of that do as much as it pains me I would need your help to give her a home but I'm not willing to take anything until I talk to my landlord (hopefully tomorrow) and see what she has to say.
Mystery cat has taken a liking to me and will now let me pet her and pick her up with no fuss. She'll also come to me when I call her which is kind of painful because she's kind of adopting me as her owner.
