Yes. It's a long known fact that Earth's magnetic poles constantly shift around relative to the geographic poles. And on very long time spans (hundreds of millions of years), they even flip.

Once again, yes. During it's orbit around the Sun, our planet does wobble. It probably has done so long before humans were around. Perfectly normal.
