That ending was uncomfortable... well... more uncomfortable than the rest.
I'm guessing this isn't at a zoo, or a professional facility of any kind, on account of how reckless she was. So the conclusion would be that it's her "pet". In which case... You know what... I'll refrain from using the insult she deserves. Yeah... let's try to be more wholesome than that.

@alyx @thecurse I'm by now means a snake expert, but it was really plain to see by how fast that snake was moving before she popped the lid, that it was not very happy.
