I like Alice, but the “sex is complicated and definitely not binary” crowd is an appeasement position. People with DSDs are not a different sex.
@thatbrickster Klinefelter’s isn’t a 3rd sex, it’s a DSD. Sex is defined by your gamete type, males producing the small ones (sperm in our case), and females producing the large ones (eggs in our case). There isn’t a 3rd sex that produces some other gamete. If capable of reproduction, you produce one of those two, and you need to mate with someone that produces the other one.

This. Every single time, this. Whenever someone, on any side, whether they're left or right, authoritarian or libertarian, tries to talk about sex, sexual organs, and other sexual characteristics, ALWAYS remind them that sex is solely about the gametes. The primary or secondary sexual characteristics are irrelevant to one's sex. The shape of your dick isn't what makes you male. It's the sperm in your balls.
