I disagree. I'm not insulting you by not calling you king. Just because there are titles that you might find more prestigious and desirable, me not calling you by them, because you haven't achieved them, is not insulting. I'm not calling you a doctor, an engineer, a lawyer, an actor, a singer etc. Those are all prestigious titles in today's society, but people won't call you that if you haven't earned them.

A lady, an actress, doctor, singer etc. are all still women. It's just that I can also say at times "that actress over there", to help me be more specific.
