The zoom out leads me to believe it's unlikely to be AI (unless it's some deep state secret services hidden tech level AI, that is a decade ahead of anyone else).

Just because a mad man says something, doesn't make it true. If you're gonna claim you're Christ or whatever, either put up or shut up. If he really was some deep highly spiritual prophet or some shit, he would't need to make grandiose speeches about it. He'd be leading people into spiritual enlightenment with his church and religious preaching.
