I'm more curious about the difference between Referenced and Uncompressed. You have a lot of file duplicates there.

I don't use nix, so I wouldn't know how that works. Does it package things like flathub/snap, with dependencies and such separate from the system?
@alyx not separate of the system, but separate kinda from each other. If needed, packages are duplicated because of whatever reason (different version needed, compilation options etc). There's a lot of deduplication work, though.
