Had a look at a map of PFAS contamination in Europe, and what the fuck did Belgium do to itself?! I think it might be the most contaminated country in Europe. You'd think being the headquarters of EU, they'd be stricter on environmental stuff.
Denmark looks really bad too, also Germany. But at least Germany is a big manufacturer country, so it makes more sense to be heavily polluted.
Hard to say how safe I am from this. The few tests that were made had a low level, but there were literally only a handful of samples tested, and most of them are old results, pre 2010s. So I'm in the "ignorance is bliss" category I guess.
