A small-time christian business owner who spoke out against homosexuals and refused to compromise on or self censor his beliefs. 2 days ago he posted on gab that he was being targeted by the left and misconstrued as a dangerous threat after he told a gay woman who "adopted" children (aka was grooming them) that "it used to be legal to kill gay people." Today 7 different police agencies, two federal agencies, multiple armored vehicles and a helicopter stormed his house and arrested him, placing him under a $1 million bail. He is being charged with hate crimes simply for his speech, and while what he said certainly was aggressive and extreme, everything he said falls under the 1st amendment according the rulings made in Brandenburg v. Ohio.
