hi, i've been looking for an apartment for *years* now

applying on landlords' websites just places you in a cruel lottery where you win *a viewing per month* if you're lucky, and then *you're placed in another lottery to actually rent the place*

so if anyone knows someone who knows of an apartment for rent pls hit me up

requirements:

• in berlin. or somewhere in brandenburg with at least an RB connection to berlin. i don't care at this point. as long as it's not a place where people toss a stone in your window for having a pride flag
• if in berlin, it probably needs to be a WBS apartment since anything else would be unaffordable. i have a WBS for berlin (WBS 100, ≤50 m², 1-2 rooms) but not for brandenburg
• soft limit for rent is whatever social security would pay, which i believe is around 430€ (Kaltmiete) in berlin and 410€ in brandenburg
• two rooms (lol as if), or one room; if the latter, the kitchen needs to be in a separate room since i wouldn't be able to sleep in my kitchen
• bathtub and balcony would be nice
