very disappointed in steam deck. it *can* play anything, but anything requiring a d-pad is not gonna be fun to play on it.

@beardalaxy the octagonal gates on GC sticks made a great replacement for d-pad, it's surprisingly good for tank controls and JRPGs.
as someone whose favorite controller is an unholy abomination of GC and SNES controller I mind a lot lol
