@RetardedServantOfChrist @Fiddle it's not even digital money though its just polymer. I mean, the US doesn't even use "paper" money we use a blend of cotton and linen.
Apparently the UK's new notes have animal fat in them lol.
@beardalaxy @RetardedServantOfChrist @Fiddle I think with the polymer they have new techniques to dissuade forgery as well as the fact they don't have to keep replacing destroyed bills as much. Polymers don't wear and tear which means much less printing to keep the same currency levels.
@in_vexillum @Fiddle @RetardedServantOfChrist yeah I get switching to it, but not just invalidating all of the other currency. Just make the banks swap it out when they receive it for deposits or something and eventually phase it out that way.
