@icedquinn on the website it says it can do upscaling and frame interpolation idk i've never actually used it
@icedquinn @beardalaxy i disabled upscaling and downscaling and just use the bilinear filter because i see no improvement with the other filters.
@MischievousTomato @beardalaxy you should see what some of the framerate interpolators do these days. someone was using the optical flow ones with hand drawn keyframes and it was auto-tweening sprites

@MischievousTomato @beardalaxy well. they made it an app the artist runs. you feed it keyframes, it does the thing, pick and tweak.

@Coyote @icedquinn apparently there is a linux version of mpc that uses libmpv instead of directshow.
