@FutaFanatic not even really useful for just practice, but useful for inspiration as well. I find AI stuff very inspiring, skips the step where I have to think of something from scratch and I can get an AI to dream it up for me. Not anywhere close to being able to make something enjoyable on its own beyond comedic fad-status though imo.
if there's a specific combination of character, clothing, and pose that i am looking for then it is useful for AI to generate multiple different images that fit those criteria. Artists don't necessarily draw the same character/pose/clothing twice
