Do speedrunners who are just standard nerds feel resentment knowing that all the trannies are keeping speedrun communities smaller? I won’t watch or get close to that world because at least 1/4 of the people in it are troons.
@natsock Pick any autistic hyperreal “hobby” and the answer is yes. Trannies ruined them all and now gatekeep them from the people who actually care about it.
@basadeskaiser @deVoid @natsock I saw a Karl Jobst (regular autist) video where Karl was outraged at some dude who cheated but never got banned from any leaderboards because the cliques in charge of them didn't care. I imagine it's stuff like that; technically not stopping them but fucking around with who and what they decide to acknowledge.

@MeBigbrain @basadeskaiser @natsock @deVoid that's a horrible example, if anything karl is the fag in that situation. the MGR speedrunning community is pretty based. the runner faked a run at GDQ to make a mockery of them but he never broke any rules for his game's leaderboards so their mods didn't ban him and karl was calling for retribution, even though the dude was banned from GDQ. that MGR runner was just being a massive troll and it worked.
usually, the goldeneye 007 community is pretty based too, though.
