Why can’t I lock posts when I feel like it? Sounds like a you problem.
and why does poa.st suck? Is your complaint about poa.st the same as your complaint about Spinster? That too many people are blocked and it breaks threads?
Nah, if you recall my complaint about spinster was pretty extensive and beyond broken threads. Poa.st sucks because of it’s emotional administration, moderation, and adjacency to p3dophilia (many such cases.)
I’m not hosting any “big” instances. And if you haven’t noticed, spinster also has tons of dead abandoned accounts.
I am not an anarchist and I don’t know where you got this from considering I’ve made a few posts about it
when did I ever run my own instance? I have mentioned spinning up something on my PI4 but I haven’t yet so where are you getting this from?
You don’t have the emotional energy or essence to run even your small personal instance
I’m certain that I have much more experience than Graf in moderating communities. I will continue to express my opinions as I please. He is not the only instance admin or figure here I’ve been critical of.
And this is what I noticed with certain KiwiFarms types. They liked to fuck with the heads of admins of major instances. One admin gets sick of it all and there goes a node
I don’t disagree but I have noticed this happening on other instances or instance wars between people. Mastodon too of course. It comes with federation.
Poa.st, like many instances is a labour of love. It does no good to criticize admins for being “emotional” when it’s their emotion and passion that keeps an otherwise unlucrative endeavour going.
Okay and? I have done the same thing for various communities over the years, and so has thousands of hobbyist sysadmins and moderators providing you with a free experience on the web. Graf isn’t special or a martyr. He isn’t the first emotional admin either. There’s plenty of them on here, some are even on friendly terms with him.

right. You’re not an anarchist. You just joined a bunch of anarchist instances.
when did I ever run my own instance?
My bad. I was under the impression that quietplace.xyz was your instance. I guess the reason why I’d never seen anybody else from that instance was because anarchists don’t come to this side. But yeah, the admin is an anarkiddie with a riseup account.
I also love that you wax moralistic about the moderation policy of badboy Pleroma instances when you seem to have come from the tranny anarchist Mastodong safespace side of the fedi.

Which communities?

Then shut your fucking mouth already.

The point is that criticizing the presence of emotion in an emotionally driven endeavour is stupid. But more importantly… the overarching point is that you’re stupid and subhuman.
Yeah I’ve never once indicated ever being an anarchist, and whichever instance I join doesn’t mean shit. I’ve had a spinster account for 2 years before joining hispagatos because of it’s hispanic community. I’m also not the first woman on spinster to declare and admit that they’re not a radfem like @sunspot or other women who are explicit about it. So what are you trying to prove here?

I don’t give a fuck about arguing over the morality of using someone’s software, so I don’t care for your opinions about me ever being on mastodon. What are you trying to prove? My criticisms are not about using pleroma or soapbox and never have been.
Which communities?
If I wanted to say, don’t you think I would have mentioned it by now? You don’t need to take me at my word, it makes no difference to me.

A good administrator or moderator remains partial and as neutral as possible. Calling me stupid and subhuman isn’t an argument.

Why did you tag Sunspot?
I find it easier to believe that people on Spinster aren’t radfems. That’s why there’s the GC/RF distinction. Spinster happens to be the only instance where GC/RF stuff is at the core character of the instance though. But when I see somebody who has a pattern of joining instances like anarchi.st, hispagatos with it’s proudly displayed anarchist bullshit and quietplace with an admin with a riseup account, I just assume they’re anarchists or some sort of libtard. It really doesn’t matter what you call yourself. Whatever you call yourself, your character goes against the character of poa.st which is what all this concern trolling bullshit is really about.
Would you say that you’re an anti-fascist?

You really are retarded. The point I was making was that you had no problems about being in instances that are clearly going to have tighter moderation policies.
If I wanted to say, don’t you think I would have mentioned it by now? You don’t need to take me at my word, it makes no difference to me.
This is important. Poa.st is a large community filled with very difficult to deal with people. If you ran a forum with 10 members of uniformly thinking, polite and people easy to get along with, your criticisms hold less weight than say… somebody running an anonymous imageboard full of drama queens where CP might get posted if you let your guard down.

Remains partial
Typo aside, I’m not sure where you pulled this shit from. This is just more childish moralism. Should the admin of a jewish forum be expected to remain partial and neutral when a holocaust denier comes in and starts posting evidence?
Poa.st is under no obligation to be fair or impartial to anybody. Maybe you administered such a community but we may never know.
Calling me stupid and subhuman isn’t an argument.
Your stupidity and subhuman nature isn’t argument. But it’s the reason we’re having an argument. A real human being wouldn’t make these dumb arguments.
