I ultimately decided that, with my limited time, it was more important to hang out with my friend I never get to hang out with and then get a little bit of extra sleep than it was to vote. My area is so red it really doesn't matter if I went to vote all reds or not.
And by "extra sleep" I of course mean 4 hours instead of 2 hours. I try to plan on having more sleep because I know I don't usually sleep as long as I have time for.
