Last year a mother and her infant were struck in a hit and run by a 15 year old Kristopher Baca. He received a 5-7 month sentence. Baca was recently released and then mysteriously shot and killed in Palmdale Wednesday night.

Blue states need to get their shit together, figured out why their populace have higher crime rates (it's pretty easy to figure it out if you're not a brainlet) and nip it in from the source.

Get all the evidence, present them, and show that the defendant is actually the culprit. If you want to support death penalty, that's another argument. But that's how it should be done. Not as an act of revenge on someone because you think he did it.

@beardalaxy @basadeskaiser @beardalaxy @Wormwood We have our own big issue with the justice system. I was talking about ideal. Like I said in the start, I understand why it happens. I prefer we wouldn't have to resort to vigilantism if we want to be a functioning society.

Multiple people saw him run the the woman and child over and then crash into a pole (and it's all one camera), at that moment the truck driver should've been allowed to execute him immediately. There's no need to involve 100 or so other people in a longwinded process that drags out months or years when the best possible outcome can be achieved instantly.

Problem with that line of thinking is that a bureaucracy now has monopoly over "meting out justice" so clear cut instances like this get treated as if it was some grand mystery that needs detectives and forensics and expert witnesses and hury and several years of deliberation on what to do, each step of the process introducing enough doubt and room for mistrial that could lead to the driver getting off lightly.

The justice system fails because it is working against our people than an extension of our people. In a proper society we could trust the system but we have been raised to think a justice system is supposed to always work against our impulses COMPOUNDED with the jews running the system specifically against us so it's at best an enemy actor. Jan 6 and the Whitmer case are proof you can't get a fair shake if you're White.
Exactly in clear cut cases like this introducing a bureaucratic process can only make things worse, because the best possible and most just result could've been achieved on the spot.
What's the purpose of the judicial process? To protect innocent people from being wrongly punished, and to accurately punish guilty people. How does giving the driver a trial help the innocent? we know he's guilty and there's no doubt what his punishment should be.

Hi there. Blue state resident here. Chicago, Illinois.
Attached is an image so that people can get a grasp of our current crime situation, and remember that Chicago was quite literally responsible for half of all murders reported for the year of 2016 alone. Just this city. This city presently has over 100,000 gang members in its boundaries and that’s just accounting for the people they’ve caught or understand have affiliations in some way or another and they commit over 80% of the violent crime in this city, since Chicago is a city of over 2.5 million people.
Whites are a minority in Chicago. Pretty easy to figure out indeed.
When the law abdicates the administration of it's purpose, then it has effectively ceased to exist and consequently cannot be referred to as "the law" in any honest way.
