That said, what are our ruling trash doing about the threat of World War T to themselves (women/wives, at least, in bathrooms) and their children???

@beardalaxy @ThatWouldBeTelling @beardalaxy the kids they're grooming today will one day be allowed to vote so at some time in the next decade, probably during some unreleated crisis, they will sneak in an amendment in some bill which decriminalizes pedophilia and ultimately they will simply abolish the age of consent.

Your scenario also likely doesn’t work, in that this sort of thing is a matter for the states, although I wouldn’t be surprised if a bunch of Federal laws would have to be overturned (well, the Feds don’t have to enforce them, but that gets back to the backlash).

If there’s a state vs. Federal law mismatch, the Feds will have to take unpopular action against the states and it’ll be up to the Supreme Court to find a right to grooming in the Constitution. That would not be popular, and they do care about that.

First step would be California legalizing it; watch that gay Jew legislator in SF. But also note people like the governor of the state have national level aspirations and again this sort of thing would be much more overt than what’s his name has done so far there that would hurt them.
