I think it is more just a thing telling Troons to fuck off from Touhou. All Troons do is take existing media and corrupt it to suit their mental illness. I mean look at what they did to poor Sylveon.

Yes, some people may portray characters doing something that they wouldn't normally do. But people don't have bitch fits when Momiji doesn't have a Maga Hat on. Troons will take something and troon it out and when you say that they ain't a troon, they cry, bitch, hang themselves and harass creators until they are forced to make the character a troon.
Troons are demons, all they can do is corrupt and like demons they can only stay in the material realm for so long until they leave it in a bloody way.
