@sjw the company that managed the records just sucked I guess. I finally got them a couple months ago from a new company.
@sjw idk what it's like elsewhere but the main hospitals here have a separate company to manage/store their records it seems. so you need to go through that company and tell them what hospital's records you want.
@sjw nope I'm in the US. It is worth noting though that the records I needed are from a decade ago, so I wasn't able to see everything on just the standard patient portal that I had never once logged into before. maybe if it was a little sooner then everything would have been there. I had documented visits but nothing actually noting what happened there except ones from 2017 which was for something completely unrelated. Idk wtf is going on tbh but I'm glad I was able to get them anyway.
