@coolboymew i need to finish reading this book because the premise and the style of it is so intriguing to me but i just hate reading

@McMongoose @coolboymew the basic premise is that the house keeps changing and the book starts changing along with the house. it's very experimental.

a lot of things are annotated with fake articles, there are like 2 or 3 different in-universe writers, and certain words are in certain colors and such.

it basically tries to use its strange formatting to further the element of uncanny psychological horror.

the first page of the book simply says "this is not for you."

@McMongoose @coolboymew it is a big inspiration for the popular "myhouse.wad" doom map that recently came out.

@McMongoose @coolboymew if you do end up playing the doom wad, do so completely blind on your first run but go slowly. If you go to the second level you missed something. If you still like it once you reach the end I'd look up a guide or a 100% playthrough/explanation video because it's pretty cool.

I don't watch gayass let's players, miss me with that shit bruh :drake_dislike:

Thanks for the heads up tho :drake_like:

@coolboymew @McMongoose indeed, it's one of those "we need the community to figure out wtf is going on with this map" kind of wads.

@beardalaxy @McMongoose I once had an idea like this, but looks like it's been executed already
