@deprecated_ii @Aether also a dumb guy, should have controlled his bitch and shut her down instead of being passive about it
@beardalaxy @deprecated_ii @Aether Not necessarily. He saw the red flag and acted accordingly. He quit his job and moved house in 3 days, without saying a word about it. That tells me he knew his only option was to leave no trace otherwise she would never let him go. He just kept his mouth shut and got the job done.
@ned @deprecated_ii @Aether all i'm saying is that if i was in a relationship for 2 years and everything was actually going really well, and i had even talked to my girl about a threesome or something like that (i wouldn't, just putting myself into the situation), i wouldn't disappear after she suggested something she thought would be kinky and i didn't want to do it. i'd say no, and ask her to respect that, and if the relationship was really good then she would. doing this is really immature, if in fact the relationship was doing fine.
the alternative is that the relationship WASN'T good and so this nigga used this as an excuse to get out instead of just talking to her like an adult should. he just ran from his problems.
@beardalaxy @deprecated_ii @Aether Or he could say no. She would feel trapped by his selfishness. And in 10 years, after the 2nd kid, she would have no desire for him anymore. Blame him for smothering her adventurous side. And sleep with some bro she met at the gym.
@ned @deprecated_ii @Aether ok doomer
@beardalaxy @deprecated_ii @Aether What do you think is the chances of a couple with a healthy sex life, where 1 party of that relationship openly advocates for an open relationship, staying monogamous for their entire life. I'd put it at <10%.
@beardalaxy @deprecated_ii @Aether If you have to "control" her in order to keep her from whoring around, you with the wrong woman and should not bother continuing things. It is like saying "you just gotta control your pit bull so he does not maul a child's face off" instead of concluding that you should not have a pit bull in the first place.
This is not saying you should not be a man in charge, but rather that there are obvious lines she should not even attempt to cross in the first place.
@deprecated_ii @Aether if that's all it took for him to disappear completely then they didn't have a real relationship imo
