2 zelda games in a row with virtually no music for 90% of the game, bro how do you take 7 years to make a sequel and not fix this glaring flaw?

@LittleTom its for ambience. “Good sound design” just means “quiet, so zoomers & low iqs can rediscover their inner monologue in the silence” :02nod:

@RehnSturm256 @LittleTom have you heard the music for ff16? It strikes a great balance between being atmospheric and way too over the top dramatic.

@beardalaxy @RehnSturm256 Only some, generally sounds pretty nice and I trust Soken.
@beardalaxy @RehnSturm256 @LittleTom Metroid Prime's soundtrack is both extremely atmospheric, even ambient in plenty of spots, and still includes plenty of absolute Bangers.
@Nesano @LittleTom @RehnSturm256 @beardalaxy Metroid Fusion IMO has the best atmosphere in the series, but it just doesn't have killer songs like Phendrana Drifts.
@ChristiJunior @Nesano @beardalaxy @LittleTom @RehnSturm256 Phendrana Drifts and Chozo Ruins are my favorite. I have the soundtrack on the flashdrive in my car.

@ChristiJunior @LittleTom @RehnSturm256 i listened to magmoor caverns for hours upon hours while making the volcano dungeon for my game. it was the music i used for it before i had written my own.

@beardalaxy @LittleTom @RehnSturm256 That's another one of my favorites, I just didn't mention it because technically it's just a remixed Super Metroid song.
@DrRyanSkelton @ChristiJunior @beardalaxy @RehnSturm256 it would be my reflex to deny any quality in bethesda games at all but the music actually is good
