@sjw I dunno man, I think being CEO is quite a bit more than 10 times more difficult than scrubbing toilets.

@caekislove @sjw depends on what you're doing. I think in a lot of cases, the hard part about being a ceo is just making decisions, not doing what one would traditionally call "work." it takes a lot of work for a ceo to get to that position, but once they're there it's like "hey you made it, congrats, now you barely have to do anything."

In smaller companies, a CEO is going to be doing a lot more work, but in that case it's likely that they aren't making 10x what the lowest paid employee does anyway. This thinking really only applies to bigger corporations.

@beardalaxy @sjw There's value to managing multiple departments with sometimes competing interests. If you just sit back and let the middle managers run everything and fight it out you end up like Sears.
