@caekislove @sjw depends on what you're doing. I think in a lot of cases, the hard part about being a ceo is just making decisions, not doing what one would traditionally call "work." it takes a lot of work for a ceo to get to that position, but once they're there it's like "hey you made it, congrats, now you barely have to do anything."
In smaller companies, a CEO is going to be doing a lot more work, but in that case it's likely that they aren't making 10x what the lowest paid employee does anyway. This thinking really only applies to bigger corporations.
