Oh yes that happens, it happened to me about a week ago.

@mangeurdenuage @iwillbite this only happens to me if i cum twice in relatively quick succession. the second one just fucking hurts and it's not fun.

i've also had random debilitating cramps before that seemed like they came from my prostate or somewhere around there. haven't had it in a long time, but i remember being like 19 and practically curling over in a walmart because of it ;_;
