i realized today the reason why my brother and sister in law didn't like japan nearly as much as they thought they would.

literally 90% of what they did was pokemon related. they went to like 7 or 8 pokemon centers, some pokemon cafes, pokemon gift shops, even walking around to see big pokemon cards at a mall or something and going on some pokemon walk.

granted they did other stuff too, but they were so laser focused on pokemon for 2 weeks. seriously, the vast majority of the stuff they brought back home was pokemon related. even the things they bought for me xD

they didn't go to japan because of JAPAN, they went to japan because of pokemon >_>
