i don't think that the CP posting was actually why it got taken down the first time though, iirc it had something to do with the uncensored porn/hentai being posted by artists since that's illegal in japan. afaik, although pawoo does have a CP problem, the vast majority of the users are actually just japanese artists using it more or less how they'd use twitter, which is a shame because i wish they'd hop off pawoo and go to something like misskey.io instead.
