@ZeroSum05 4.75% just a few months ago, my monthly payments are already less than the cost of rent of the same apartment, it's insane.

@diresock @ZeroSum05 buying a house is definitely cheaper than renting and I wish I could do that instead, don't have the money/support system for it though, not yet.
@beardalaxy @diresock is yeah it's tough though there are ways to do it with less than 20% down
