@LoliHat cyclists are considered part of traffic. People walking into the bike lane is no different than people walking into a car lane. That's why cyclists technically aren't supposed to run red lights but they still do for some reason.
@beardalaxy @LoliHat so what your saying is if I see a cyclist like this fellow run the red light and I "accidentally" throw my body weight into the side of their bike crossing the street I could argue they are at fault?
