It's all about abusing the hit+ mechanics that the lock on gives you

Enemy patterns are always the same, so just hit em when they group up

Aquas and sector z are the exceptions

Aquas is just a pain in the ass, but for sector z, knock out your allies the mission before so you make sure you get all the points from the missile destruction.

They come back after the mission is over, and the game still gives you the gold
