lol why tf did i make the mage staff give more physical attack than magic attack bro no wonder my mage feels like ass
@icedquinn i just finished doing a pretty good rework of all the magic stuff in the game, mages should feel a little bit better now! i was playtesting and was like... yeah... an earth spell probably shouldn't be doing less than a rogue's default bow attack xD made a lot of other stuff more powerful too like the healing spells, so it actually goes off of their stats instead of just being a flat number.
this has the effect of making the enemies who use spells more powerful of course, and they were already pretty beefy to begin with, but i can scale that so much easier than the nitty gritty of what the playable characters are doing so it is worth it to start from there.
