enshitification is a very racist term referring to slowly replacing all your employees with "shitskins" (indian nepotism) and i am surprised that so many people are using this without knowing this basic fact.

@jeff yeah I thought it was like, mix of diversity hires and stuff like sjws and consultants, dei/ESG etc.
@beardalaxy@gameliberty.club it specifically fixates on the racial component of indians who hire indians, so to see talk titles like "how to stop the enshitification of the internet" having a very dubious double meaning is a bit of a chuckle, some people are just ignorant
