@ninja8tyu i don't know about soybean oil but i don't really have any soy intake and am still super fucked sleep schedule wise. it could be a ton of different things. low/high testosterone, diet, sickness, mental issue, medication, etc. the list goes on.
there are days like today where i got 6 hours of sleep, was up for two hours, asleep for two, awake for 4, asleep for 3, and now i've been awake for 2.
there are also days where i'm awake for 24 hours without even feeling tired.
at this point i've pretty much given up and i try to just listen to my body and sleep when it wants me to. if i'm at a place where i can't sleep i'll just hope caffeine carries me the rest of the way until i'm home.
