@GrungeQueef haven't played ffa, what's that ending like? link's awakening is pretty brutal.
@beardalaxy play it, i'm not gonna spoil the ending. it's a mana game (Secret of Mana / Seiken Densetsu Series).
@beardalaxy if you don't wanna cry i suggest never playing any of the mana games to the end.
@GrungeQueef i am interested in them, especially with that new one coming out. no idea if i'll ever get around to them though.
@beardalaxy Have you ever played Secret of Mana? Tourists think that's the first one but FFA is.

@beardalaxy Set aside time to play them. Might be hard to get the ROMs nowadays because Nintendo yeeted a lot of ROM sites a few years back. 😭
@beardalaxy Also I recommend you play the originals before touching any of the remakes.
@GrungeQueef i've already got quite a big backlog so i'm not sure if i'll ever get to them :P but when i do i'll play the originals. i can find them lol, archive.org dumps are all still up and torrents are around worst case.
