Either I've never paid attention or they're changing the way that they make breakfast cereals but I wasn't aware that they actually have so much nutritional value? I checked my Cheerios box and it has 10 different vitamins and minerals of varying % but I intake more cuz I eat more than the said serving. Then, I checked my Nesquik cereal and it has even more nutrients.

Western breakfast cereals come in the kind of variety and taste that I think it's almost akin to having cake for breakfast. But it turns out they are more nutritious than I thought. 😂
