Like bitch, I'm already paying you a lot for the food and all of that money is going straight to you. What do you need a tip for? It's just paying extra on top of what you're already paying.
I tip pizza delivery drivers, musicians/entertainers if they're good, and waiters/waitresses at sit-down joints but that's about it. And yeah usually it's about $4-5 regardless of how much I spent. Usually that ends up being 20% or more.
I did that job for a few months. People remember you and you won't get your pizza until there is literally nothing else to deliver and someone down the street already ordered so you can do it on the way.

That's why we used to use that pizza place. Now we go to another one that isn't any further out of our way. Same company but that dumb cunt doesn't work there

Seems legit. And with the decrease in quality of product and the absolute retards they hire to do the job, I'm less inclined all the time to use the services. We need a culture of "no, nevermind. I'll eat somewhere else" when you see the complete deviant they want you to trust with your order/food. We stopped going one place entirely because they kept giving us this one retarded black girl who found a way to literally fuck up every part of every experience two visits in a row. Even if there were a way to reject a server, I just know the place would fuck with your food.
