@deprecated_ii that line of thinking is so crazy to me and it is the exact same way so many corporate suits think too. they only want what is going to be the cheapest option that will get them the most money in the here and now. when it comes time to make another $150m plane, it would have been better to spend the money on bringing one back instead. they don't have any foresight.
and that's just talking about the money aspect. of course... the US has practically manufactured the entirety of war in the middle east with how much shit we've left over there.

Officers used to tell their men "Soldiers, will you let them take your guns!?" and immediately counterattack if they so much as lost a single field gun to the enemy. These generals are a bunch of faggots and should have been hanged after fucking up Afghanistan that badly.
