@arcana google is so awful at... so many things that they've pushed me to iOS, and asap i s2g I'll have an iphone.
@teratology @arcana because android is still google and I'd still need google services and android stuff is just ehhhh. I'd rather get applerino stuff. A far away dream, but eventually should be possible
@mischievoustomato I have a Google Pixel and it's great. Had a Sony Xperia before that and it was awesome. But, didn't support dual SIM and wasn't supported by Google Fi e-SIM, so, I couldn't continue using it when I moved back overseas. @arcana @teratology
@adiz @arcana @teratology that's cool, but I can't get pixels at a reasonable price here and xperias are outright not around anymore since sony pulled out.
Motorola gave me a bit of hope but it's a shadow of its former self. I want something easy, convenient, nice, and apple is that.
@mischievoustomato Fair. I just hate Apple products and iOS. Used to be a long-term Apple user until things got so shitty and gay that I abandoned ship. Have to use iPadOS for work and I hate it. @arcana @teratology

@teratology @arcana @mischievoustomato @adiz Mac is the best option for audio work bar none. Professional creative work is usually better on it. That's about it.
@beardalaxy If I was a "creative" by trade and I didn't understand computers well then 100% I'd use macOS. So much support and so many programs and tools available on it therein. Even if I did know computers, I'd still probably use macOS in that scenario. @mischievoustomato @arcana @teratology

@beardalaxy @arcana @teratology @adiz I've done creative work on linux but i could do it just as easy if not easier and with more daws on macOS yeah.
also its not just software but hw, apple laptops are pretty and have what i want
