@Shadowman311 the original is fine honestly. A lot of the fan remakes of these things suck ass. There is a mod for Maria in the sh2 remake that looks like ass.
@beardalaxy @Shadowman311 I think the female warrior thing is stupid, but if that's what they're going with the left is a lot closer to what they'd look like. The right looks like a camp follower.

@beardalaxy @Shadowman311 The warrior woman thing only works when there's magic involved. Otherwise it's just not right seeing a 105lb woman throwing around 230lb men.
