Ok, now I gotta find a router with gigabit LAN ports, the one I bought months has gigabit for WAN only 
@captain_arepa holy crap, that makes very little sense.
Unless they have the same dumb idea as my roommate who thought it would be neat that the 300mbps internet we had would be evenly split between everyone ao he spread cat5 cables limited to 100mbps to the rooms.
When I upgraded our internet plan, I asked the technician to bring a new cat6 cable specifically to my room.
