know anything good for a lunch bag and easy to eat? my body has been fucked from eating fewer veggies and fruits
@Pawlicker my lunch is always a sandwich.
Turkey, cheddar cheese, bell pepper (usually orange), spinach leaves, and a little bit of ranch.
My break is only 10 minutes because I have shorter shifts so that's perfect.
@Pawlicker I prepare mine either the night before work or right before I leave after eating breakfast. I'm sure you could get away with preparing several at a time though.
