Yep. Been dreading this day. Lost black pixie today. Found claw marks in the snow, and lots, lots of feathers. Looks like a hawk or eagle got her.
When they free range, I check them hourly. She was fine 20 mins before I found her missing.
She was a favorite. Always pecking at my back to get my attention. ​
