@beardalaxy Been like that for months. If you are not already "registered" (done with IP plus cookies, I believe same as bans) then there's a 15 minute timer before you can make your first post.

I tried making a post on 4chan earlier today, which involved:
>waiting for 900 seconds for ONE attempt at a captcha AFTER completing a cloudflare captcha
>verifying my email and registering my raw IP to downgrade the 900 second wait into a mere minute
>attempting the captcha 4 times because it still uses the slide panel challenge it used back in like 2009
Then some zoomer called me rude. I'm not fucking making this up. I hadn't even called him a faggot or anything. Fucking Christ, all these people deserve to have their skin flayed from their bones.
